Our Classes

Training Schedule

We are currently offering three classes per week:

*** Wednesday: 7:00PM to 8:30PM

*** Friday: 6:00PM to 7:30PM

Personal instruction during the week / week-end is also available.

New students or interested parties: Please call to confirm class.

Class Structure

We start the class with a quick warm-up. We then practice our stick, knife or empty hands self defense for 25 minutes. After, we increase the rhythm with some boxing (classic, Muay Thai or Panuntukan) and sparring for advanced students. The last 15 minutes includes some conditioning and personal growth & health discussions.
